Matthew has been involved in the accounting and finance industry for 11 years, including working for Inland Revenue in the international and complex taxation areas for 9 years. Matthew is responsible for the strategic direction of Lighthouse and spends a lot of his time maintaining client relationships and creating effective financial and accounting solutions.

Simon spent many years working in Chartered Accounting firms before running his own businesses. Simon created and managed two fashion labels for three years before starting a textile manufacturing plant in China. Simon uses this knowledge to help our clients achieve their goals and is responsible for running the accounting arm of the Lighthouse business.

Andrew joined the PTR Mortgages team to share his wealth of business, banking and finance knowledge. Andrew has been involved in a number of businesses and after many years working for one of NZ's biggest banks, he also knows plenty of the methods to help you meet your financing goals. Andrew is responsible for running the Mortgage and Insurance arm of the Lighthouse business.

Tim has over a decade of experience in senior banking roles, including creating the pricing and processes that help guide banks when they make mortgage decisions. His insight into the way banks operate in the mortgage business is an invaluable asset for our clients helping them to obtain finance for property purchases where others struggle.

After leaving University, Andrew joined the graduate program at Fulton Hogan and then went on to work at Xero. Naturally he is a whiz when it comes to Xero problems and is responsible for the day-to-day compliance needs of our client base. Andrew also enjoys helping new migrants meet their tax obligations.

Heidi runs our Hawke's Bay office and has a long track record of providing accounting and financial services. She ensures our clients keep on top of their accounts and tax obligations with a minimum of fuss and loves building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Zoe studied accounting at Victoria University in Wellington. She joined our team after working at KPMG as a graduate auditor. Zoe is always happy to help our clients understand their tax obligations so that they can become more efficient, profitable and confident as investors and business owners.

Amanda has almost finished studying to become an Accountant and Tax Specialist and after spending a summer interning in the Audit Department at Deloitte, has a keen eye for detail. She can be found completing rental property tax returns and liaising with clients to ensure their tax obligations are met.

With a passion for Advertising, Iris takes care of our Design, Branding and Media needs. Every now and again, she will step in as an Accounting Administrator or a scary Debt Recovery Assistant. She hopes to make our client's experiences as simple and intuitive as possible through good design.
